Who’s taken floricet

I have chronic migraines so bad the er put me on floricet my fam dr since it’s been so long decided not to put me on any meds but refilled the floricet I feel funny like it’s the same meds from Er just not extended release
When I don’t take them I feel weird and tired
I miss my topamax
Do I take them daily or? They’ve helped thus far
Send help I’m a momma I don’t have time for this
