Why is this happening

My daughter has been with her dad for 4 years , before the pandemic she would stay with his mom and I would work, I had no help , for 4 years I stood in a domestic violence relationship, I was scared to leave him now that is being used against me by my daughters dad and he told me paid a lawyer to make sure my daughter will never live with me again. Iv spent a lot of time with her during the pandemic but I wanted her to live with me because she’s my kid, I’m scared my pst might come to get me and the fact her dad recorded conversations where I told him I felt bad for my abusive ex and how I needed help from him, I’m scared when I go to court they are not gonna grant me what I want ,Ii had my ex arrested and he’s in jail I’m just a person making mistakes because I have no one and I can’t even trust my daughters dad ,I spoke to a lawyer and they told me thematic mother usually get granted what they want I just got to be getting services and actually change so I can prove I’m a good person but with her dad telling me all this crap it can get to me he told me he hates me so much and wish I wasn’t her mom so he’s making sure I pay for every mistake
