Swing is the best baby thing hands down. Baby will love going in for nap, and you can be hands free to get other stuff done
Baby wearing is awesome when they are really little, again you will be hands free and it’s especially helpful if baby is fussy and wants to be held but you still need to get things done
If you feed formula they have these awesome containers that you can scoop out appropriate amount of formula in separate spaces of it for multiple feeds, it’s great when you’re going out/traveling. Fill the bottles with however many ounces of water before leaving and you can just pour the formula in.
Don’t be afraid to take breaks when help is offered, you need to recharge and need time for yourself still. Also be sure to speak up if you start feeling off (down or very anxious).
Try to enjoy and soak up the time your child is a baby… it goes by in a whirlwind of exhaustion and chaos haha. They change and learn so quickly. My first is 4, my second is 2. Baby snuggles are so sweet.
Most of all… trust your gut. Mama instinct is a real thing
