Any advice for first time moms?

Anyone have any advice for first time moms?
I'm new at this and went from having supportive family to questioning whether if they are supportive or not.

I’m a single mama with no fam.

It gets real when you have a kid. It’s not pleasant finding out how lonely and exhausting it is, but best I can say is try to stay balanced. Conscious every day effort into nurturing your child and yourself.

You learn as you go. Your child will be their own little person. It’s a beautiful growth experience for you both.
