Any advice for first time moms?

Anyone have any advice for first time moms?
I'm new at this and went from having supportive family to questioning whether if they are supportive or not.

I don't have kids myself, but after seeing one of my sisters having 3 of them: don't be afraid to ask for help, but also don't automatically believe everything you hear. Human, especially maternal, instincts will be your best friend.

Also, don't forget you're your own persson aswell, with your own needs and wants.
