How old should a kid be before you tell the truth about Santa?

I think there should be a line to draw somewhere as I hear of kids getting to 7th grade still believing. At that point is a parent selfish in preserving the "innocence"?

@SchifiniYeppyKase: Most likely. I figured it out in 3rd grade,but I technically believed until 6th grade when my grandmother figured out that I had already known. Ahh the good days 😆
