can a women who had an absent or lack of contact with their father, even abused make then develop a personality disorder like narcissist

Child abuse and abandonment can certainly.affect a child.

It does not CAUSE personality disorders. Most people who have a personality disorder were naturally predisposed to having it and then the way they internalized things when confronted by obstacles or adversity in life (could be anything) might bring or trigger the narcissism or pattern of thought forward over and over. It is too complex of an issue.
