Yep you could, my dad used to shout and i started just turning off to it , so glad i did he was gone at 62 and i still miss him @SW-User

@Barny52 I understand that but she's been this way since i was 15. And it's not just at me. She keeps yelling at so many people and it's every damn day. Even my dad says he needs peace of mind

@SW-User as she had her blood sugar checked diabetes can make you grumpy

@Barny52 she has diabetes. But we strongly suspect something more like being bipolar but she doesn't wanna get checked. All of us love her but it's not possible to remain calm everyday because everyone has a threshold.

It's because of all her yelling i m suffering from mix anxiety and depression disorder and I'm on meds for decades. I too need my peace of mind

@Barny52 Well there is ayurveda pills available here and it really does wonders. It's not even psychedelic but unfortunately, she said no. I do love her way too much and it saddens me to see her this way
