Do you know anyone with a mental illness?

I'm not sure if I know anyone withOUT some sort of mental thingy going on.

I know several mentally disabled people - mostly children.
The place where I have my horse stabled is also a centre for therapeutic horseback riding. It is fantastic how much riding and just being with animals can do for many of those children and it always is positive to see how they usually after just a few times are cheerful and dare to try things though were shy and reserved when they first came to the riding centre.

My mom has had depression all my life, my dad has aspergers and anxiety, my aunt has OCD, other aunt is an alcoholic, my uncle is schizophrenic, best friend has bipolar depression, 2 close friends have anorexia, another one has bulimia and trilotichomania

I also have friends and relatives without obvious mental illnesses

Somehow I'm mostly sane... as far as I know
