What's the best chances of normal birth? (Not cessarion or operate)

Is it all natural and each case is different? Is being a meat eater best chances? Or showing unusual love and affection to the woman improve chances in her 9 months?

Both of my babies never got into the proper position for birth so I had sections for both. And in fact, my second was surprise breech, so she turned (at 10lb3!) right before my section. It was something to do with the shape of my pelvis. I think you can do things to help, but there is no guarantee.
