I don’t like my mom inferring with my parenting.

I live with my parents and have two kids. I told my mom how I want to raise my kids but she doesn’t listen. She thinks she knows more because she’s older. I really don’t know how to get her to respect my views

@Gangstress only reason I don’t agree is that he says he is in college and also seems to care about how his children are raised. So, he is trying to better his life for his kiddos. Not everyone has same opportunities and/or environment to work with, but it seems he is trying.

@WaryWitchWandering I get what you're saying.
I wouldn't have had kids if I wasn't in a situation that I couldn't home then myself. We don't know the full situation so from whatever brief has been given. I'd say its either bullshit or there's something neither of us know.

@Gangstress she said I don’t know anything about parenting I took classes, read books. I believe in gentle parenting and she thinks it’s stupid and she go against everything I say
