What is a fair punishment for a teen found playing with firecrakers?
My stepmom found me playing with firecrakers in the kitchen and I got punished. :(

Parents who leave any kind of fireworks within reach of anyone who doesn't know how to handle it may as well plan for a permanently-disabled child with a limb blown off or destroyed or a wake or funeral. People like that shouldn't have children.
