@Rutterman Not sure whether I have shared this with you, my memory thinks it possible. My father was physically and sexually abusive. My younger sister carried a lifetime burden from 15 all through her shortened life. Like I'm in an AA meeting, I am now saying: "My name is Valentine. My father was a paedophile." Not proud to say this. Anonymity helps. I am processing it and probably always will. If there are stages, I am at the point of dismissing his existence. My father is irrelevant. Thank you for your support. I hope your case is processing with progress and peace. V.
