I don't have any offspring anyway, but why would that require disciplinary action? It's better than going around the streets at 3 AM looking for places to burgle or vandalise.

@NankerPhelge why does a teen need to be on a phone at 3am? What are you talking about that can't be said at 5pm?

@iamnikki Maybe they couldn't get in touch with each other at 5 PM. Who knows what else they have to do?
