How do I ease Braxton-Hicks contractions? 🥵

@Pagan I remember thinking at the end when I was getting them “Omg, is this it? Am I in labor now?” Some of them are strong!

Awww, you’ll be ok I just know it! I was with my daughter when she gave birth in November....best day ever. I hope by then you’ll be able to have the baby’s father with you at that point. My brother in law is an OB/GYN...the fathers can’t even be in the delivery room now. It’s so so sad :( @Pagan

I’m only allowed to have a birth partner, which is my mum, but she isn’t allowed to be there until I’m fully in labor and ready to have her 💛
