Believe in what your body is telling you when it happens.
Gas is a godsend
Midwives are awesome - they fix everything.
And modern medicine is amazing - ypu will wonder why you were so scared.
And - most important of all.... When you hold ypur child amd look into their eyes - ypu will,feel it was worth every bit of effort.
That feeling is jus...... earth shattering!

I shook, I coukdnt breath, tears poured out my eyes ( they're starting to right now jist remembering!) I fell so much in love I knew I'd never be free - and I never wanted to be!
