@Carissimi yes, he's put up with a lot over the years, but he just handles the attacks in stride. I am very lucky to have him

@TexChik 😢 I understand, and believe me...healing is a difficult process. Took me some time to realize the trauma I’ve endured. (narcissist mother) and still dealing with.

@TexChik I need something Similar., I realize when I get angry too. I yell, I punch walls, It’s not healthy. Therapy is expensive, I’d be willing to invest if I could afford it.

@Mrowe718 Its very constructive because it causes the release of endorphins, which calm you . You get into great shape, and its comforting to know you can defend yourself

@Carissimi I hate that for you . Interpersonal interaction always seems to be the toughest thing to do correctly with ptsd . I understand... and I am Very open to discuss anything with you if you ever have the need . Sometimes that helped me . 😊
