Will I ever have that motherly love? Should I just move on?
Well I am so hurt. Yesterday, my mom was suppose to meet me for lunch today. I was looking forward to seeing her after 10 years but no surprised.......SHE NEVER SHOWED UP!! I waited from 1pm to 5pm. I know it's a long time but I didn't want to leave and then she may show up. She's done this before. She stood me up a couple times and NEVER apologized for felt awful for it. I thought I was going to see my mother. I got my hopes up. She wasn't in my life a lot. She walked out on us when I was five.
I didn't wanna tell my friends and family what happened because they would say, "I told to so!"
I did. Some did say it. My dad said, "See there to go again. I told you. She stood you up again. Your mother will NEVER change. Stop having your hopes up. Move on. If she asks to meet up again, say NO. We tried telling you but you didn't listen to us. If you would have listened, you wouldn't have to go through the disappointment again. You're almost 30. You don't need your mother. She isn't interested in you or your brothers' lives. They moved on, it's time for you to move in. Your aunt has been a mother to you. Drop your mom and move on. Do YOU."

I can't stand seeing my friends with their mothers. Also talking to their moms on the phone. I can't even do that. I want MOM.
My mom said the most hurtful things to me on a text messages when I called her out for not showing up. She said, "Look, I don't see you as my daughter anymore. Just like with your brothers, they're not my sons. You guys aren't mine anymore. Talk you...whenever." I was CRUSHED. Tears came down. I can't believe my mom said that to me!
