No, not blood family, as far as I know.
However my aunt and uncle adopted a son about 35 yrs ago. When he was maybe in his 20's he wanted to meet his genetic parents. His biological father was traced so he went to see him. He found out that he was the son of 1st cousins. Their culture/laws/religion did not approve and that is why he was given up for adoption. I think this was a bit of a shock for him and he never did visit his biological father again.
