I suppose it would depend on exactly what they did. For example, a 20-year-old with a 16-year-old is not the same as a 20-year-old and a 10-year-old.

@Poppies a 16 year old isn't a child. At 16 you become a young adult. In some states it is the age of consent.
I'm talking about grown ppl who mess with children under 16.
