My wife is pregnant. What would you recommend her to eat to keep the baby healthy?

Plenty of nutritious veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, yogurt and no sugar or wheat or dairy. Extra liquid minerals and plenty of magnesium. Get plenty of methyl folate and vitamin c and real vitamin E

Don't under eat or overeat.

The better you feel the healthier the baby will be. Just keep researching this stuff...

Don't feed cows milk ever. Try to use breast milk any way you can.

Try and make sure everything you buy is organic And whole (not processed). No glyphosphates or pesticides or additives.
