I've always called anatomy what it is with my kids so they know the proper terms from jump. But we've not yet had any of the sex talk.

One day my 3 year old asked me at the top of his voice in the grocery store, "MOMMY WHY YOU HAVE GINA?? WHY YOU DON'T HAVE PENIS??????
