I didn't have to deal with any of it really. I was in hospital when it all apparently went down and haven't seen or heard from them since.. Oh well

My grandmother on my mom’s side, and both grandparents on my dad’s side, as far as I know. This summer will be ten years since we had anything to do with them.

My fathers parents died during WW2 in Italy. My mother lost her mother when she was two. I barely knew my grandfather from mothers side.

It all left scars in me too.

@SW-User I'm sorry. That's a rough road and it's so hard for older folks to recover. My grandmother had lung cancer and watching her suffer through treatments is why I gave up my cigars
