A friend is divorced and her ex took her to court for half custody. He won. So starting in January evry 4 months her kids will have too go back and forth . One of the roughest decisions is school. They need help. What do they do when they have too leave in mid year ? Should they be homeschooled with their dad or go to 2 schools ? The kids are 3.5 and 7 . Only kind comments please they gave me permission to ask this they’re desperate.

I’m surprised the judge allowed this with two different school curriculums in different states as well as their mental and emotional well being. Children never learn to adjust, feel safe or stable and don’t form lasting friendships or relationships that way. One of these parents have it wrong and are completely selfish.
Eventually he’ll have to get them there kicking and screaming and dealing with them taking off for the mother’s. Usually it’s over child support. They want those overnight visits to count so the payments are less. Maybe he’s trying to save money or just try to Stick it the ex which will be his downfall eventually.@Ticklish34
