for everyone who has lost their parents or in a situation where you cant see them whatdo you do to remember them?

something my dad first did after my mother died was bought a stuffed bear and sprayed my mothers perfume to help me. and after my dad passed away it was harder as he was the last of my family. now i still get mums perfume and it helps alot and i watch alot of home videos to hear their voices.

I am very sorry for your losses. My parents are alive but are serving overseas in the navy, so I will not see them again until March. I have an old shirt of my dad's which I used to wear as pyjamas, but now I just sort of cuddle up with it when I am feeling lonely. I have photos around my bed of us as a family and loads more photos in an envelope which I look at most days.
