Ask the carers about this and point out the marks,. Kids will be kids and stuff happens as they sort things out. But those carers should be able to explain it. And if strategies need to be put in place you have alerted them that you notice and they should fix it,. Squeaky wheels get grease.

@whowasthatmaskedman true maybe I'm overreacting I'm not used to leaving my child with complete strangers.

Overreacting as you call it is mothering. Nothing wrong with it. But for all you know, until you ask, your child may have started it. So asking is the first step. Most of these places are run by good people. And they will probably be supportive once they know you are mother enough to approach them..@Mountainlady16
