I think it’s great to introduce them to cooking at a young age such as doing small tasks in the kitchen that doesn’t require much effort or harm. It’ll probably help them become a bit more independent and I’m also sure be beneficial for them in a lot of positive ways. I would say what they could be doing in the kitchen should all depend on their age range though.
