Mother forgets Childs Birthday Forgive or confdemn

Got a mother lovely lady. Got told off for forgetting brothers & Nephews birthday. Two months later mother forgets mine. Range her and spoke to her and reminded her and stepbdad of the date I was born. Only then did they wish me a happy birthday. Would you forgive or condemn?

I forgive easily. Besides, if my mother forgot my birthday I would be more concerned for her mental state than angry.
I do have a dad who sometimes remembers my birthday. I've never considered being angry about it.

There are more serious issues for which I hold resentment. I don't care about birthdays.
