Why do people post pics of themselves 10 years ago and expect us to believe its what they look like now?

@ConservativeAlternative2Jimmy I cant I suffered heart failure last year and have a damaged spine and unable to work so reliant on my disability benefits to live which I hate but just not wealthy enough to come home although I hate the uk weather and still miss home .

@ConservativeAlternative2Jimmy You too I don't think I will ever be able to come home my heart is only working at 25 percent I have a defibrulator implanted in my chest to kick my heart if it stops and at the moment unable to fly
