How did your parents react when u talked back to them? Vs how do u act when your kids talk back to you ?

My parents spank me.
Iself depends on the situation and the topic. From founding a compromiss to send her to her room or given her "the look" you talk about. Only when she start to use call me or her dad names we would be react more serious.
