I let my mom use my credit card to make some purchases for herself and then she loses it 馃槶

Is it time to send her to the nursing home?

I use my son's credit card all the time. I tell him beforehand. Then I pay him the money. And I thank him. My credit was ruined because I divorced. But I have freedom. And eventually I shall rebuild my credit too. Did you ever forget or lose things as a child? Give your mom a break, girl.
MorbidCynicF
@PoetryNEmotion but that鈥檚 kinda important. How about if someone stole it and ran up my card? I mean I cancelled it as soon as she told me but fraud is a thing 鉁岋笍
@MorbidCynic Then the best solution is to go shopping with her. Kills two birds. She gets to spend time with you. And your credit card is safe too.
SocramM
@PoetryNEmotion hey.. shh
She's gonna kick her mother's ass.!
Lol
@Socram No, she won't. She loves her mom. Her mom is a bit careless, but it is not the end of the world!
SerenitreeF
@MorbidCynic Yes it is. And I'm sure she feels terrible about it, but it happened. It isn't something she did to hurt you. Shit happens.
SocramM
@PoetryNEmotion lol.. 馃槈
@Serenitree I agree, my sister. I know people who lose things all the time. My son's gf loses her bus pass all the damn time. It is frustrating for him and for her. But it doesn't seem like a nuclear bomb.
MorbidCynicF
@PoetryNEmotion I get anxiety over stuff very easily >.< I freak out even when someone moves my stuff. Like panic attack kind of anxiety
@MorbidCynic That is an issue that only you can work upon. So many people your age suffer from anxiety. I am unsure why. But you can handle it. I know you can. Start slowly. Breathe deeply. You will outgrow this with time and effort, girl.
SerenitreeF
@MorbidCynic now, anxiety I can relate to.

Also, it seems you might have a small case of OCD. Do you have siblings who have been in the habit of invading your space as you were growing up?
MorbidCynicF
@Serenitree I had cousins that way and now my little sister is like that >.< always invading my a personal space and messing with my stuff
@MorbidCynic I grew up with six siblings. I know I have trouble sharing things at times. It is only natural especially when quarters are close and people have little me-space growing up. I am really blessed though. To have had close siblings growing up.
SerenitreeF
@MorbidCynic Ask if you can lock your door when you're out. A simple keyed door knob isn't terribly expensive. And it's easily installed.
SocramM
@MorbidCynic I'm sure your mother is aware on your anxiety., It's.. get the charola ready and say.. ama.. tennis que habler馃嵆 then (klunk)
SocramM
@Socram just cover her with a blanket so she won't wake up cold
@Socram What on earth ARE you saying? LOL. Geez...
SocramM
@MorbidCynic what's next? You gotta nip it or she's gonna take your lil sisters card next!
THE CHAROLA THING!
SocramM
@PoetryNEmotion I'm just say'n
Lol
MorbidCynicF
@Socram my sister is only 5 tho 馃槀
SocramM
@MorbidCynic that means you have lot's time to NIP-IT
(klunk)馃嵆
@MorbidCynic Then you can TEACH her about boundaries, gently and firmly. She will make a great sister. And you get to shape her correctly. Wow.
SocramM
@PoetryNEmotion @Serenitree @MorbidCynic
I'm just play'n.. don't hurt your mom
SocramM
Have someone else ruff her up!
MorbidCynicF
@Socram omg 馃槀
@MorbidCynic He is just KIDDING. Tickle her! LOL.
