Parents if your kid is scratching at themselves how do you stop it?

Psychological help or home remedy such as taking privileges?

huh what they can't itch themselves.I am not getting something.
@Butterflykisses24 let me be clearer, I scratch at myslef so often they become cuts and then I scratch at them and they don’t heal.

@Butterflykisses24 none of them, it’s just something I do without thinking. And my mother wants to take things from me to keep me from scratching because I’m unfocused on where my hands are

@Butterflykisses24 they can notify your family if they see you as a danger to yourself or others.
