I wish my mother wasn't so stubborn..

Ugh... my mom just invited us over for Sunday dinner. She's making a pork loin. Somehow, she got it into her head that pork loin has to cook for 2 hours, no matter what. I've tried to show her she should cook it to an interior temperature. Her pork loin is always WAY overcooked and like chewing on leather.

You know it's bad when you have to take a sip of water with every bite just to choke it down. On the plus side, I never seem to overeat. :)
