Which parent messed you up the most? Why?

This is a hard on cause some trauma was cause of previous trauma the other one had caused so they basically intertwine

My birth mother.
i spent more time around her than the other.

Neither of them qualify as parents.

My parents didn't mess me up- and I wouldn't choose one over the other even if it was so. I'm an adult.

My mum with all the yelling.

my dad is just like crazy. he is really egotistical and cold to me. him and i never have anything to talk about unless it’s an argument.
my mom on the other hand is just the opposite. i’m so grateful to have one 1/2 parents who are active and happy in my life

Neither, really. But my father has always been capable of apologizing when he gets it wrong. Mom says she will if she ever does. And there we are. 😅

my dad. just because being told what a fat, worthless piece of shit you are from the time you're 5 or 6 isn't usually the best thing for a kid.
