TEENAGE Daughters Underwear

is so tiny it wraps around the impeller in our washing machines - and she won't put her things in a laundry bag or wash them by hand. I think I must take a pair of scissors and cut up every pair that does not meet minimal size standards. I am sick of having to take apart the machine and having the water flood out to repair the damage she is causing to the machines.

I can not be the ONLY parent that has to deal with an idiot teenage daughter and teeny tiny excuses for underpants that destroy washing machines - these excuses for underwear should be made illegal.

pennfifteen · Why not let her wear what she wants and is comfortable in? Honestly I don't much care what type of underwear she chooses EXCEPT that on each of the three front load washing machines we own they get pulled into the washing machine pump and it disables the machine. Fixing one of these machines took me an hour and a half yesterday - unscheduled waste of my time and effort and if I had to call in a technician - well this particular machine is located on an island and we use it for our laundry while we stay on board our boat so that technician would charge me like $400 to come to work on it there and the machine would be disabled for a week - because she will NOT use a laundry bag on her laundry or keep these stupid excused for underwear out of my machine and wash them by hand. Her other choice is I cut them up then toss them all and take her to Wal-Mart and buy her NORMAL underwear and make darn certain she not buy these again. I am NOT happy with her and this is NOT the first time I have had to do this. Before her I had to deal with her older Sister doing the same thing but she is not living at home so I don't have the problem - someone else does.
