Why must my daughter's mom be so difficult?

I wish the courts weren't so biased, she's an abusive person, and I've had to pay the price for what she's done. Yet, I am civil, I do my best for our daughter. I ask to be involved as much as possible, she does everything she can to give me a little as possible. She's kept information from me, I documented it and gave my proof to the court, and they told her she has to give it to me... then she makes it difficult to get. I ask her for a little more time with our daughter, she won't let me have her any more than I already have her. The courts side with her on that, which makes no sense. And she's still allow to be abusive to me, it's even documented, and they just don't care. I'm concerned, because now I'm seeing her do similar things to our daughter, and it's not right...

Sorry for ranting..... but being a single dad in a mothers-get-everything culture is so draining...
