Whats the best bedtime for children?

school is starting back up in like two weeks,and last year they were always tired in the morning so what do you guys think the appropriate bedtime would be for children?

I slept at 11 and had to wake up at 5 no why, no who. Lots of homework and school started early. Even the Asian kids found it hard.
