Do you eat your main meal with family?

Yes, it is really important as it is the only time of the day we all get to see each other. Mum and dad work alternate night shifts at a hospital and my sister and I have after school activities.

Whenever I visit my parents that's how we eat dinner. I remember I thought it was a bit irritating in my teenage years, but I lived alone with my mother and would've felt bad for her if I hadn't joined her.

I would do.... if I didn't live alone. I'm always amazed when surveys report than fewer and fewer people have a dining room nowadays.

Another point about family meals - no mobile phones at table, no TV on, in my opinion.

Yes my hubby and I eat our meals together while watching TV. Great question :D We make sure that our cell phones are turned off and we try to concentrate on each others statements.....Its so sad cell phones have taken over personal conversations between family members and friends even at the dinner table.

Yes, we do. Every single night. I was raised this way. It's a nice time when the whole family can sit down, relax and enjoy a nice meal. We talk about our day. We are so busy in our everyday lives, it's nice to just take a moment and enjoy the company and share with one another.
