I took a nap earlier…

Mom was sitting in the rocking chair in the corner, she’d moved the teddy bear and was holding the folded quilt she’d made for my 45th birthday.

"You still have this ?" she asked.

"Of course," I replied. “One of my most prized possessions."

"You should hang it up," she said.

I blinked and was awake, the folded quilt and teddy bear back on the chair as before.

Those dreams can be kind of tough and unsettling, I've found, when grief is still raw. I hope this one wasn't, for you. 💜
@Piper This is only the second dream I’ve had since her passing. Both were surprisingly real, and comforting.
