I Miss My Mother

Lately I’ve been feeling pretty bad, and I didn’t even realize why until today. The holidays are coming soon. When my mother died, that pretty well blew our family apart.

I wish I could identify my feelings and understand where they’re coming from right away - instead of spending three days feeling bad and thinking it’s about something else.

Meditation is very useful for that, noticing what you're feeling. It's all about awareness.

My mother isn't dead, but she may as well have been dead since 2005, so I can understand on some level. I hope you can come to terms with and manage those feels.

Mmmm. Lucid dreaming can allow you to meet the unconscious representation of your loved ones. It should be used mostly to say goodbye, though, or get closure, rather than chasing what is gone forever. But it can be an immaculate tool for acceptance.

Lucid dreaming is scientifically proven awareness inside a dream. And potentially differing levels of dream control.
