My dad is not perfect nobody is
But he is kind of amazing.
He works hard at his job to make sure we have what we need.
He is playful and funny. When I was little he would tell me jokes and tease me in silly ways like the time he told me it was going to be a great Christmas. He said that some silly people gave their children stuff like a game or some new clothes but he knew what kids really want so that is what I was getting. Sliced ham and baloney!! (really I got games and clothes of course).
He always shares anything good that he has and he always makes sure that me and my mom have as much as we want. Sometimes he won't take any until mom and me both say we had as much as we wanted.
He likes to surprise people with good things like the time he told me we were going to visit grandma and grandpa and we drove for a long time and when we got there it turned out that we were meeting grandma and grandpa at Disney World not just going to their house.
He listens when I need to talk.
He almost never loses his temper and shouts. He is quiet and peaceful.
I think that I am lucky.
