Last week my middle sister stopped by…

Sometimes if I have something to toss, she will take it and carry it to a dump near her home. So she came by and took a couple of bags.
I had a candy bar placed on my kitchen table and after she left I noticed it was gone. Thinking back I remembered hearing her say, "I’m taking this; you don’t need it."

I texted her, asking if she took my candy bar. She called me saying, "Just saving you from yourself." I complained, "But, it’s sugar free ! That was my dessert for tonight, I was kinda looking forward to it."

She cursed, said "Stay tuned," and hung up.

She texted me a couple of hours later, saying, "Answer your door."

I went downstairs. She had DoorDashed to me a box of the candy bars, which I accepted from the delivery man.

Wow. That's a great example of how to make amends when you've done something you shouldn't have done. 👍
