How often do you spend time with your parents? What kind of relationship do you have?

I see my mom once a week, really to see how she's doing. She's getting very forgetful and sometimes needs me to drive her places because shes too anxious about going out sometimes. I make sure shes taken care of and has food in her house. She doesn't like anything and will often chew gum for dinner, or maybe have some popcorn. Its gotten worse as shes venom forgetful.

I see my dad less, but he's got a girlfriend now so he's back to not needing me much. Hes always had an out of sight, out of mind relationship with me, I'm fine with it as long as he is ok.

We've never been a close family, but I need to know they are ok.
