Im thinking about when i was a kid

and I had to pretend to be good to get a piece of cake. What the hell does cleaning my room have to do with cake? Anyway. Lol.

Lol when i was a teen they wouldnt let me use the internet unless i did a bunch of work/chores first 😅

Food, sweets as a reward for doing chores or behaving a certain way. Or even for finishing meals. If anyone wonders why folks have weight issues in our country, that tradition is a broad hint.
