family cousins friendship

My widowed aunts daughter and me(same ages) are school passouts and college goers now....
We are very close friends since lower grades and many times we studied together
Now she wants me to take her out on a date as other college girls are asked out by boys ....

As it is,, i owe it to my aunt as my fathers sister is almost as good as my father...
