I’m starting to think that gingerbread houses are a myth

We built them every year when I was a kid, without those kits, with actual boxes of honeymaid gingerbread crackers, my Grandfather was a housing architect so he designed them, and us cousins built them together on our extended family xmas eve party. Most of them the size of doll houses with rooms and we got to demolish and eat them at our nye family gathering.
