Are you estranged from your mom?

@Strictmichael75 I kept interjecting myself into her life. I felt verrrry rejected the past four years. But still I would deposit small treats/gifts/cards on their front porch on most of, if not all holidays especially her Birthday. Sometimes I asked if I could hug her for her birthday. It's been grueling g not experiencing a loving two way relationship. And because I am on the much lower income bracket I often have felt insignificant as a caregiver? Like, "I've got nothing to bribe you with!" But recently she is responding to some of my text messages. I just wonder what's going thru her mind.
