It is weird. He is always making up stories like this.

In fact he made one up about his teenager cousin exactly like this about tattoos.

He posts them this way to evade reporting. He used to be in my friends' list in 2018 and I removed him. People like him know how to be discreet about it but if you see them enough around you can tell they are creeper. Always back to their old fixations.
