It should be simple
Sleep. It shouldn't be so hard. I mean you're tired you lay down close your eyes and just let your body fall asleep.
Why isn't it simple.
I laid on my couch trying to sleep. I could hear that everyone else was asleep. And I'm not. It is really the worst feeling in the world. I was literally crying because I didn't know what to do.
It was 1130 i think and my daughter gets up. Not to use the restroom but to check on me.
She sees im up and crying. She goes get a mug of warm milk for me. Im not a fan but i drink it. She huggs me so tight. Its ok daddy we'll figure this out.
Lay down she says
I lay down and she sits next to me and reads me a story them another.
Next thing i know my alarm is going off.
