Our tiny tornado

So like I said earlier the boys are officially Cub Scouts.

They are in the tigers den and Joel signed up to be their adult partner. I stayed in the back and watched. They asked me if I wanted to sign up and I said no. I just don't think it would be a good idea. Joel is very excited about doing this and I'll do something special with our daughter during the meeting.

So they were asking the kids questions and the pack leader asked our youngest what we did for a living


Well my daddy sells drugs to old people and my papa cuts the cheese at his job

You might want to reconsider signing up yourself... even if you just do it so that you can step into Joel's shoes in the event that he gets sick or something. You can still leave it to Joel for the most part so that your sons still get that bonding time with him, but having a way in would be beneficial for you if you need to fill in, too... especially when you still have one son who will choke himself if he's left to eat without the supervision of one of his dads.

Lol, he's certainly got a good understanding of both of his dads' jobs - at least in as much as a young child can have.

@HootyTheNightOwl I have given it alot of thought and I just worry if I had an outburst in front of the kids. I can't control what I say and I don't want to risk saying something bad. Plus my pacing tic makes people very uncomfortable. It's been a real struggle for me honestly thinking about this. I want to do it but I don't think it's smart.

If Joel couldn't make it we'd probably miss the meeting that week. Or even have Star our my buddy take them.

@HootyTheNightOwl I've had some really bad outbursts in the past and I was at a Christmas party. I tried to get away from people but a guy heard me and got offended and punched me right in the face. I've gotten better at holding them in but I can't always do it and I just don't think it would be wise.

@YoMomma yeah now the kids probably think I'm a drug dealer and Joel farts at work all day, only my child would say something like that
